You must correct the word you stammered over in the . You are not required to restart the Tashahhud from the beginning. However, if you do restart, your prayer remains valid, and you are not obligated to perform prostration of forgetfulness ( al-sahw), because intentional verbal additions that are legislated in prayer do not invalidate it.
