Is placing Ayat al-Kursi on a plaque next to a broom and cleaning brush considered a degradation of the Holy Qur'an?

Glorifying the words of Allah Almighty and showing them respect is a religious obligation. Part of glorifying them is protecting them from anything that is considered demeaning. Therefore, placing a Quranic plaque on the ground in or with cleaning tool areas involves a kind of insult and denigration of the words of Allah.
