Is it obligatory for someone living on a farm in a village where the call to prayer is not heard to pray Jumu'ah (Friday prayer) in the mosque, or is it permissible for him to pray Dhuhr (noon prayer) on the farm, by analogy with the fatwa of Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen?

Friday prayer is valid in villages and densely populated cities, but it is not valid in farms unless there is permanent residency there. As for those who work on farms, if there is a settled community among them, Friday prayer becomes obligatory upon them. If they hear the call to Friday prayer from a neighboring village, they are obligated to go to it. If they do not hear the call and are not settled residents, Friday prayer is not obligatory upon them, and they should pray Dhuhr. Friday prayer is obligatory upon whoever hears the call without a loudspeaker, in a quiet atmosphere.
