If allusion (tawriyah) is used in a conditional divorce, does the divorce take effect if the wife says, "If I do not lie to you, then I am divorced," and then she lies intending to conceal herself?

The aforementioned divorce did not occur, because divorce, whether immediate or conditional, is the right of the husband, not the wife. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Divorce belongs to him who takes hold of the leg [i.e., the husband]."
