There is no objection to utilizing chemical and biological materials extracted from pure foods like bread and meat. However, if the substance from which it is extracted is impure, or if it became intoxicating after fermentation and before extraction, then it is not permissible to benefit from it unless it undergoes a complete transformation into another substance, or something is added to it that totally changes it.
