Is the deferred new dowry and the list of movables, from which nothing was bought for the wife, considered a debt upon the deceased husband that the heirs must pay?

The deferred mahr (dowry) is a debt owed by the husband, and it must be paid from the estate before its distribution among the heirs, even if it exhausts the entire estate. The commonly recognized list (of household items) in Egypt is considered part of the mahr. Therefore, the father's wife must be given her full mahr, based on the Almighty's saying: "after any bequest he may have made or debt."
