How is the Fajr prayer made up, and must its Sunnah and Qunut supplication be made up along with it?

Whoever misses the Fajr prayer or any other obligatory prayer must make it up whenever they remember it, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever forgets a prayer, let him pray it when he remembers it, for there is no expiation for it except that." As for the Sunnah of Fajr, it is not obligatory to make it up; rather, it is recommended. The Qunut is not obligatory, and whoever considers it a Sunnah during performance also considers it a Sunnah during making up.
