Who inherits Saleh and how is the inheritance divided among his full sister, his paternal uncle, and his paternal uncle's son?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the full sister inherits one half as a prescribed share, according to the Almighty’s saying: ﴿And if there is only one, she will have half.﴾ The remaining half is taken by the paternal uncle (full brother of the deceased’s father or half-brother through the father) by virtue of residuary kinship. The paternal cousin receives nothing because he is excluded by the direct paternal uncle, as the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: «Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the closest male.» The questioner is advised not to be content with verbal fatwas regarding inheritance matters. Instead, the matter must be presented to the Sharia courts to verify the absence of wills, debts, or other heirs.
