Is it permissible to memorize the entire Qur’an with the intention of seeking reward from Allah and obtaining a wife who is also a memorizer of the Qur’an, by analogy with "Good [women] are for good [men]"?

The resolve to memorize the Qur’an purely for the sake of Allah, the Most High, is among the most excellent acts of devotion. There is no harm in intending that this be a means for facilitating marriage to a woman who has memorized the Qur’an, as this is not from desiring the worldly life.

As for the Almighty's saying, "Impure women are for impure men, and impure men are for impure women, and pure women are for pure men, and pure men are for pure women," it does not indicate that whoever has memorized the Qur’an will necessarily have a spouse who has also memorized it. Rather, what is meant by impurity and purity here is the impurity and purity of human characteristics, referring to indecencies and virtues.
