How many years did Ibn al-Qayyim and Ibn Taymiyyah spend in prison?

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah was imprisoned seven times in Cairo, Alexandria, and Damascus, and he died in his last imprisonment. The total duration of his imprisonment has not been precisely determined, but it was a few years.

As for Ibn al-Qayyim, sources explicitly mention only one imprisonment with his shaykh Ibn Taymiyyah in the Citadel of Damascus. He spent two years and more in this imprisonment, as he was imprisoned a few days after Ibn Taymiyyah and was not released until a month after his shaykh's death.
