Why was the conjunction omitted from the verse: "Deaf, dumb, blind — so they do not return," even though the original form should have been: "Deaf, and dumb, and blind?"

News can be numerous, and multiple news items can follow consecutively without a conjunction. Similarly, descriptions and epithets can be numerous without one. This is found in the Holy Qur’an, such as in His saying, the Almighty: "And He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate, Owner of the Throne, the Illustrious, Doer of what He intends," and His saying: "He is Allah, other than whom there is no deity, the Sovereign, the Pure, the Peace, the Giver of security, the Overseer, the Almighty, the Compeller, the Superior." This has also appeared in Arabic poetry.
