Is "blessed is she whose first child is a daughter" an authentic hadith, and has anything been reported that supports its meaning?

It is part of a person's happiness to be content with what Allah has allotted them of wealth and children, for often there is much good in what a person dislikes. Ibn al-Qayyim mentioned that disliking daughters is an abomination, and it is sufficient proof of this that a person dislikes what Allah has approved of and given to His servant, and that the prophets were fathers of daughters.

There is nothing in the Sunnah that indicates rejoicing at the beginning of procreation with a daughter or a son. Rather, rejoicing is for righteous offspring, as came in the supplication of the Servants of the Most Merciful: (Our Lord, grant us from our spouses and our offspring comfort to our eyes and make us leaders for the righteous) [Al-Furqan: 74].

The matter should be between two good things: asking Allah for righteous offspring before procreation, and being content with what Allah has allotted after procreation. There is no basis for the saying, "Blessed is he whose first child is a daughter."
