Is it permissible to refrain from performing the obligatory prayers in the Grand Mosque available at the company and suffice with praying in congregation with the employees in the administration, knowing that the distance between the administration and the mosque takes three to five minutes on foot?

It is obligatory for employees to pray in the company mosque if it is close to them, based on the saying of Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him): "Whoever would like to meet Allah tomorrow as a Muslim, then let him maintain these prayers wherever they are called." And because the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not permit a blind man to stay behind from the congregation, leaving the prayer in the mosque without a legitimate excuse entails sin, even though the prayer itself is valid.
