Is the book "Al-Ubudiyah" authored by Ibn Taymiyyah, and what is its content?

The book "Al-Ubudiyyah" (Servitude/Worship) by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah addresses the servitude of a servant to his Lord, not the enslavement of people to one another. Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Bani believes that servitude to Allah liberates man from idolatry and tyrants and elevates his dignity.
