is only valid if the animal is slaughtered specifically for it, with the intention of drawing closer to Allah, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Deeds are only by intentions." Therefore, what is slaughtered without the intention of Aqiqah cannot be considered Aqiqah.
