Is it permissible to delay the funeral prayer for the deceased, who was prepared after Dhuhr, until the Asr prayer, given the dislike of praying and burying after Asr, under the pretext of increasing the number of congregants, or should the prayer be offered as soon as the body is prepared?

"Discourse has already been presented regarding disliked times (awqat al-karaha). The predominant view is that there is no harm in performing prayers that have a cause during disliked times, such as the funeral prayer. If there are enough people to pray over the deceased before Asr, then it is not appropriate to delay it, because hastening the preparation of the funeral is legally مطلوب (required/desirable). The notion of disliking burial after Asr is incorrect. What is reported is the prohibition of burial at sunrise, at sunset, and at zawal (when the sun is at its zenith)."
