What is the ruling on someone who utters a euphemism, ignorant of its meaning, then learns its meaning after a period, such as saying: "Go, my soul, and do not return"?

Divorce occurs through allusive expressions if the husband intends divorce by them. If you intended divorce by your words, divorce occurs, even if you were unaware of the meanings of allusive expressions. Explicit divorce causes divorce without intention, but allusive divorce does not cause divorce except with intention. So, if you intended to divorce your wife with this phrase, divorce has occurred. If this was the first or second divorce, you can take her back as long as she has not exited her 'iddah (waiting period), according to His (Allah's) saying: "And their husbands have more right to take them back in that [period] if they wish reconciliation." If it was the third divorce, she becomes unlawful for you.
