Is it permissible for a man to pray to Allah for the divorce of his mother and two sisters due to the prolonged stay of them and their children in his house, and the resulting discomfort, overcrowding, and increased expenses? And is it permissible for him to say: "Hasbi Allah 'alayhima (Allah is sufficient for me against them)"?

A Muslim should not contemplate supplicating for divorce upon his mother or sisters. If he were to do so, he would fall into disobedience towards his mother and severing ties of kinship. It is not permissible to supplicate against them, even if the mother does not advise her daughters or if they are negligent.

If the sisters have their own private accommodation, they should not burden their parents by frequent visits or prolonged stays, in order to avoid estrangement and problems. It is recommended to offer mutual advice and seek assistance from virtuous individuals to clarify the error of their actions. Visiting occasionally increases affection, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Visit occasionally, and you will increase in love." Moderation in visiting is desired; minimizing it causes estrangement, and excessive visiting causes boredom.
