Is the wife's demand to register the husband's property in her name a sin? What is the ruling on her returning to her husband after their divorce and his marriage to another woman, knowing that she was the cause of their previous divorce?

A Muslim man marrying a Kitabiyyah (Jewish or Christian woman) is valid if all the conditions and pillars are met, such as her non-Muslim guardian or a Muslim judge performing the marriage contract. There is no sin in the husband writing the house and farm in his wife's name, as long as it is by his own choice. The wife is encouraged to return to her husband if he adheres to the pillars of Islam, in order to preserve the family; otherwise, staying away from him might be better for her. It must be noted that Islam does not permit any relationship between a man and a woman except through marriage.
