Is the Valley of Tuwa (Towa) considered a sacred place in Islamic law, or did its sanctity cease after Allah spoke to Musa therein?

The Valley of Tuwa is a sacred valley according to Islamic law, because Allah the Almighty described it as such in the Holy Qur’an, saying: "Indeed, you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa." The fact that this valley is sacred demands greater care from anyone who passes through it, for behavioral and moral corruption is incompatible with sanctity, and with the sanctity of this blessed valley. Despite this, the Islamic Sharia has not singled out this valley for any specific act of worship, nor has it encouraged undertaking journeys to it. Rather, there is a prohibition against traveling to any place with the intention of worship, except for the three mosques.
