Is repentance accepted from one who has committed sodomy with a specific person many times, then regretted it, repented, and became righteous, while fearing reminding the victim of what happened to him when asking for his forgiveness, and given the distance between them?

One must be careful to avoid the causes of falling into indecencies, and to persevere in acts of worship, to keep company with the righteous, to marry, to observe voluntary fasting, to engage frequently in remembrance of Allah, and to seek refuge from Satan. It is better for the young man to seek forgiveness in general terms without explicitly stating what happened.
