Is it permissible to search for a permissible job while working in a commercial bank in the personal loans department, given the feeling of dissatisfaction and impermissibility regarding the current job?

It is not permissible to work in a commercial bank because it involves assisting in sin, according to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Allah has cursed the one who consumes Riba, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses." This work must be abandoned immediately, except in a state of extreme necessity where one cannot find another job that meets his needs and those of his dependents, while striving earnestly to search for a permissible job. It is not permissible to leave work during working hours to search for another job without permission, as this is a type of betrayal.
