Is it permissible to sell goods to a company at a higher price while issuing an invoice for the amount agreed upon with the original supplier, knowing that the goods were purchased at a lower price, or is it more appropriate to agree with the supplier on taking a commission in exchange for bringing the sales contract?

A man is not permitted to sell merchandise he does not possess, based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Do not sell what you do not have." It is obligatory to own and possess the merchandise before selling it. However, it is permissible to sell it in the name of the supplier without increasing the invoice price, while taking a commission.
