Will the inheritance be calculated with the presence of: (one son, a father, 7 full brothers, 4 full paternal uncles) and (a mother, and a pregnant wife)?

The deceased's heirs are: the wife, the fetus (if born alive), the father, the mother, and the son. Siblings and paternal uncles do not inherit when there is a son and a father.

Distribution of the inheritance: - The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir. - Each parent receives one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir. - What remains after the sharers (Ashab al-Furood) goes to the son and the fetus by ta'seeb (residuary inheritance).

The issue of the fetus is one of the complex matters in inheritance (fetus, missing person, hermaphrodite). - Some scholars are of the view that the division of the inheritance should be suspended until the ambiguity is resolved and the status of the fetus is known. - Others are of the view that the distribution of what is certain should be expedited, and what is uncertain should be postponed.

According to the second opinion, the inheritance can be distributed as follows: - The wife is given her one-eighth (3 shares out of 24). - Each parent is given their one-sixth (4 shares for each). - The remainder (13 shares) is suspended until the status of the fetus becomes clear. If it is born dead, all remaining shares go to the existing son. If it is born alive, it is divided between him and the son according to Islamic law.

It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and they should be referred to Sharia (definition) courts for investigation before division, due to the possible existence of bequests, debts, or other rights that may take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
