Is it true that whoever dies with unperformed prayers will perform ablution and pray them in the Fire?

There is no text proving the abandonment of judging. If one abandons it out of ignorance of its obligation or by imitating someone who issued a fatwa against its permissibility, we hope that he will not be held accountable in the Hereafter. However, if he abandons it due to laziness and dies without repenting, then his matter is with Allah; He may punish him if He wills, or forgive him if He wills, like all other perpetrators of major sins among the monotheists.
