Does Hajj become invalid if the husband says he is fed up with Hajj after completing its rituals due to a verbal dispute?

It is true that the Hajj is valid if its pillars and obligations are fulfilled and it is free from invalidators and prohibitions. The word uttered by the husband does not invalidate the Hajj, especially since it was uttered due to overcrowding and difficulties.

However, the pilgrim should be patient and endure the difficulties encountered, and not show displeasure. They should also hold their tongue from arguments and verbal disputes to attain the great reward Allah has prepared for the pilgrim who neither commits Rafath nor Fisq. In Sahihayn, it is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever performs Hajj for the sake of Allah and does not have sexual relations (with his wife), nor commits sin, will return as if he were born anew on the day his mother gave birth to him."
