Will the Muslim be commanded to recite the Qur'an before the witnesses on the Day of Resurrection?

It was narrated from the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in the hadith of Abdullah ibn Amr, may God be pleased with them both, that God Almighty will cover the believer in this world and the hereafter. As for the chiefs of the witnesses, nothing has been narrated concerning them, except that it will be on the Day of Resurrection.
