What is the Sharia ruling on performing Tawaf Al-Ifadah, Rami Al-Jamarat, and Tawaf Al-Wadaa for a woman who performed Hajj and was then involved in an accident, admitted to the hospital, and subsequently left for her home country without having performed them, knowing that she did not stipulate a condition upon entering Ihram, is 85 years old, and is unable to return to Saudi Arabia?
If someone forgets the Al-Ifadah, or performs it incorrectly, or is prevented from doing it by an impediment, having already stood at Arafat, they must return to perform theaf, because it is a pillar that cannot be compensated for by a sacrifice (dam). If they have not performed the Sa'i, they must perform it after their Tawaf and remain in the state of until they complete this pillar. As for non-pillars, such as staying overnight in Mina and stoning the , a single sacrifice (dam) is sufficient for them. A woman who experiences an accident or illness after standing at Arafat and before Tawaf Al-Ifadah and stoning, and is unable to complete her Hajj, may appoint someone to complete the remaining pillars on her behalf, provided she is not financially incapable, due to her physical inability which is not expected to cease.
