Is it true that Iblis was the first to practice sexual perversion (sodomy)?

Mankind did not know the abomination of sodomy before the people of Lot, as confirmed by Allah's statement: "And [We sent] Lot, when he said to his people, 'Do you commit such immorality as no one has preceded you with from among the worlds?'" (Al-A'raf: 80). Al-Suyuti mentioned in Al-Durr al-Manthur that they first thought of committing it with travelers to prevent them from the fruits of their land. Then Satan came to them in the form of a beautiful boy, inviting them to himself, so they did it. Afterwards, they became bolder in committing it.
