What is the interpretation of repeatedly dreaming of drinking alcohol after repentance and commitment, and is it from the whisperings of Satan or a sign of God's pleasure?

The repentant individual is advised to resolve to continue doing good deeds and to stay away from bad companions. To counter the devil's reminders of the past, one should divert their thoughts and occupy their time with beneficial work, sports, or purposeful reading, and associate with righteous brothers.

Furthermore, sincere repentance is required from him, along with frequent supplication to Allah for steadfastness, and extensive study of texts that prohibit alcohol, as drinking alcohol is one of the major sins. This is supported by the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone altars [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful" [Al-Ma'idah: 90], and prophetic hadiths that warn against drinking alcohol and its consequences, such as the non-acceptance of prayer and deprivation from Paradise. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) cursed ten categories of people related to alcohol. As for dreams, their interpretation is not within our area of expertise.
