What should I do with the anime cartoon drawings I drew in the past for school projects and for my cousin's daughter's school, which were characters drawn up to half the body, and am I sinful for that?

The ruling on drawing anime is the same as the ruling on drawing animate beings, which is prohibited by the majority of scholars due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Those who make these images will be punished on the Day of Resurrection; it will be said to them: 'Give life to what you have created.'" And part of a complete repentance is to get rid of what has been drawn by effacing it, according to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "And there should be no image in a house but that you efface it." As for school drawings, their removal should be requested from the administration, and if they do not respond, one is absolved of responsibility. Some scholars permit what has an incomplete creation that prevents life, such as a head or half a body, but the first opinion is more cautious.
