What is the ruling on delaying Fajr prayer until 9:0 AM due to work that begins at 6:0 AM, with the Fajr adhan being at 6:30 AM, and it being impossible to stop working before break time?

There is no concession to delay the Fajr prayer beyond its time, which ends at sunrise, as it cannot be combined with a prayer before or after it. You must take a short break from your work to perform the prayer. Allah Almighty said: (And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him), and He said: (And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him ease in his affair).
