What should I do about my husband who is negligent in prayer and sometimes listens to music, given my fear for him and our daughter of being influenced by him, and should I seek a divorce?

Delaying prayer beyond its prescribed time is one of the gravest prohibitions. Scholars have interpreted Allah's saying: {Then succeeded them a posterity who neglected prayers and pursued lusts; so they shall soon meet with ghayy (punishment)} as delaying them beyond their prescribed times, because Allah has enjoined prayer at fixed times. Likewise, listening to songs that contain music or incite indecency is impermissible.

You must continue to advise your husband and remind him of Allah. If he does not desist, then it is better to seek a divorce from him if you fear that this will affect your faith or your daughter's faith. The criterion for marriage is religion and character, as stated in the hadith: "If someone whose religion and character you are pleased with comes to you, then marry him off; if you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and widespread corruption." And one who delays prayer is not pleasing in religion or character.
