How are the remaining rak'ahs of 'Isha prayer to be performed after catching only the last rak'ah with the congregation, according to the Maliki school of thought?

Whoever catches one rak'ah of 'Isha with the Imam, stands after the Imam's taslim and performs his second rak'ah with Al-Fatiha and a surah, then sits for the tashahhud. Then he performs the third with Al-Fatiha and a surah, reciting aloud in them only enough to hear himself. Then he performs the fourth with Al-Fatiha only, then sits, recites the tashahhud, and makes the taslim. This applies to whoever catches one rak'ah of Dhuhr or 'Asr, with silent recitation. This is because the Malikis hold that the latecomer makes up for the recitation (qawl) and bases his actions (qiyam and julus) on what he caught with the Imam.
