What is the ruling on purifying a place or company where fornication has occurred and semen has fallen on its floor, given that the fornicator feels a constriction in his chest when going to them?

Adultery is one of the most heinous sins and greatest major transgressions. Whoever commits it must purify themselves through immediate repentance to Allah by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving never to return to it, while concealing their own sin. The greatest pillar of repentance is remorse. This remorse increases by magnifying the enormity of the transgression, which stems from magnifying the command and the Commander (Allah) and believing in the recompense. Part of sincere repentance is avoiding the causes of disobedience and cutting off all paths leading to it.
