How can one get rid of persistent jinn harassments, which include opening doors, shouting one's name, tampering with devices, and appearing in various forms, knowing that reading the Qur’an temporarily stops them?

Humans do not see jinn, but jinn see humans, just as jinn harm humans. Protection from them is achieved through the Qur'an and the prescribed supplications (dhikr). Among the methods of protection from jinn are: seeking refuge with Allah from them, reciting the two surahs of seeking refuge (Al-Mu'awwidhatayn), reciting Ayat al-Kursi, Surat al-Baqarah and its concluding verses, frequent remembrance of Allah (dhikr), calling the adhan, and reciting the Qur'an.
