The answer

A Muslim can have multiple intentions when performing congregational prayers or other acts of worship, as well as when eating or drinking. He will receive the reward for everything he intended, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, actions are by intentions, and indeed every person will have what he intended." The place of intention is at the beginning of the act of worship, either simultaneous with it or slightly preceding it. So, if you wish to have multiple intentions, make them at the very beginning of the action. It is not sufficient to merely say, "I have intended multiple intentions for everything I do today."
