The basic ruling for discharges from the uterus is that they are pure, unless they are blood, yellowish, or brownish discharges, in which case they are impure. The emission of pure discharges from other than the vagina does not invalidate ablution.

If it is confirmed that the discharges originate from glands beside the urinary meatus, they are not ruled impure unless it is certain they are urine. Urine discharged from other than the two natural orifices invalidates ablution and is impure, just as when it exits from the usual opening.

If the discharges are continuous, the person affected should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun.

However, if it is not confirmed that they are urine, then nothing is entailed, neither the obligation of purification nor the invalidation of ablution.
