What is the share of the sister, the paternal male cousin, and the grandchildren from the deceased's estate?

If the grandchildren are the children of a son and there is a male among them, then the entire inheritance is divided among them, with the male receiving the share of two females, unless the closer male excludes those below him.

If there is no male among them, or if the male is lower in degree than the females: - If there are more than one female: they receive two-thirds. - If there is only one female: she receives one-half. - What remains after their prescribed shares goes to the closest males, if they exist. - If there are no closer males, the sister inherits by ta’sib (residuary heirship). - The paternal cousin receives nothing.

The matter of inheritances must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
