Is it permissible to accept marriage to someone who works in interior design for a satellite channel?

If a man works as a designer for satellite channels, and his work is permissible, then his earnings are lawful, and it is permissible to marry him. However, if he designs what is forbidden or assists in forbidden acts, then his earnings are unlawful, and it is not permissible to accept him as a husband until after he repents. Scholars have initially prohibited marrying a dissolute person. Ibn Rahhal mentioned the prohibition of initially marrying a dissolute person due to the impermissibility of associating with him. Al-Mutayti mentioned that a father is commanded to marry his daughter to someone who is a suitable match in terms of his religion, wealth, lineage, and free from defects. So, if his earnings are unlawful or he drinks alcohol, it is not permissible for the father to marry her to him. If he does, the ruler shall separate them.
