What are the days that must be made up from the missed Ramadan fast, how should they be fasted, what is their expiation, and is it permissible to delay giving the expiation until after fasting all the missed days, knowing that the reasons for making up the fast are menstruation, the emission of semen (not a wet dream), something reaching the throat like toothpaste, and some food coming out of it, in addition to ignorance of the obligation to fast the days of wet dreams?

One who has days to make up from Ramadan is not required to specify the reason for making them up. Rather, it suffices to intend to fast the next day as a makeup for Ramadan, and the intention must be specified for each night.

The emission of semen has several scenarios: - What invalidates the fast (e.g., masturbation). - What does not invalidate it (e.g., emission due to thought or nocturnal emission). - What is disputed (e.g., emission due to repeated looking).

Regarding the taste of toothpaste reaching the throat: - If it reaches the throat unintentionally without swallowing, the fast is not invalidated. However, it is more cautious to make up that day to avoid disagreement. - If it is swallowed intentionally, the fast is invalidated.

Regarding something coming out of the throat: - If it happens involuntarily, it does not harm the fast. - If it is intentionally brought out (induced vomiting), the fast is invalidated.

Nocturnal emission does not invalidate the fast. However, according to the majority of scholars, prayers performed without purification after nocturnal emission must be made up.

One must count the days missed and make them all up: - What was missed intentionally: must be made up immediately. - What was missed due to an excuse: can be made up at leisure before the next Ramadan.

Expiation (kaffarah) is not required except for breaking the fast by intercourse. If the makeup days are delayed without an excuse until the next Ramadan begins, a compensatory feeding of a poor person is required for each day, unless the person was ignorant of the prohibition of delaying.
