What is the ruling on the retirement salary for a muezzin who did not perform his duties throughout his period of employment, knowing that he is sinful for his dereliction of duty and consumes the pension unlawfully?

The muezzin must adhere to the duties assigned to him according to the contract, for Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their stipulations." If the muezzin abstains from work, or part of it, during the contract period, then his wage is reduced proportionally to the work he left undone, unless his manager exempts him and is authorized to do so. As for the retirement pension, its ruling varies depending on its sources and reasons for eligibility: if it is a portion deducted from his agreed-upon salary, then its ruling is that of a salary; and if it is merely an aid, then its ruling is that of a gift.
