What is the ruling on a person swearing by Allah regarding the authenticity of a copy of a disc so that it can be played?

The producing company has no right to compel people to swear an oath that the copy is original. And there is no harm if someone who owns an original copy does not swear. However, if the copy is not original, its ruling has been clarified in Fatwas No. 32950 and No. 40778.
