Are these secretions that come out of me considered maniyy or madhiy, and do I have to make up the prayers and the Ramadan fasts of the past months because of them?

We praise Allah for guiding you to repentance and to the preservation of prayer, which is the second pillar of Islam and the first of a servant's deeds to be examined. The majority of scholars hold that intentionally missed prayers must be made up. If a worshipper forgets how many prayers he missed, he should make up a number that he believes is sufficient to absolve him. Regarding the clear, sticky discharge that exits without lust and has a faint odor, it is madhi (pre-seminal fluid) and does not necessitate ghusl (ritual bath). Its location must be washed, and one must perform wudu (ablution) from it. The emission of maniyy (semen) while awake without lust does not necessitate ghusl according to the majority of scholars. Praise Allah for repentance and for establishing prayer, for it is a great blessing. Address doubts and waswas (whispers from Satan) through direct consultation and by refraining from dwelling on them.
