Is it permissible to recite the Qur’an in a place where livestock are kept, which is filled with their waste?

As long as the place is full of animal waste, it is out of reverence for the Qur'an not to recite it therein, due to the Almighty's saying: "And whoever honors the sacred rites of Allah – it is better for him in the sight of his Lord." Therefore, a Muslim should refrain from reciting the Qur'an inside the aforementioned place.
