The answer

A believer must submit and surrender completely to the rulings of the religion, believing in their goodness and suitability, as Allah Almighty says: "But no, by your Lord, they will not believe until they make you judge in what has occurred between them and then find not in themselves any discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission," and His saying: "It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair." The servant's desires must be subservient to the Sharia. Not accepting a religious ruling, such as shaving the beard, is dangerous, and disliking it is not an excuse. A Muslim considers good what the Sharia has deemed good, and ugly what it has deemed ugly.
