What is the ruling on a husband forcing his wife to have an abortion when she is unwilling?

If the abortion occurs before the ensoulment, its ruling is elaborated in Fatwa no. 69085. If it occurs after the ensoulment of the fetus, the duration of ensoulment, the ruling on abortion thereafter, and the consequences thereof are explained in Fatwa no. 32707. Expiation is obligatory, as stated in Fatwa no. 34492.
