What is the ruling on saying: "Woman is the most beautiful decision God has ever made"?

This statement shows ill-manners towards Allah Almighty and exudes lustfulness and a lack of knowledge regarding the right of the Lord. Allah has decreed and decided matters far greater than the creation of women. It is not permissible for a man to enjoy the beauty of a foreign woman; rather, he must lower his gaze and enjoy the beauty of his wife. Such expressions indicate the impudence of those who utter them and their lack of reverence for Allah. It is obligatory to advise them and combat their falsehood.
