This statement is a lie and a fabrication, and if said to a non-mahram (definition) woman, it is an act of flagrant transgression that introduces the name of Allah in an forbidden context. It is obligatory to show reverence towards Allah, magnify the Shahada, and abandon lying and exaggeration.
