What is the ruling on praying while continuous madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is being discharged, if it stops then starts flowing again upon ablution, and the time for two prayers has already begun but they have not yet been performed?

If the discharge of pre-seminal fluid (madhy) is continuous, such that it does not stop for a sufficient time to perform prayer, then it is considered سلس (salis - incontinence/continuous discharge). In this case, ablution (wudu') must be performed for each prayer after its time has begun, along with washing the affected area and binding it with a cloth to prevent the spread of the discharge. What comes out thereafter does no harm, even if it occurs during the prayer. The prayer must be performed before its time expires, even with the continuous discharge of madhy.
